Wellness and nature

Depending on your wishes, yoga can be either an active and dynamic morning flow yoga or the complete opposite–a calming, relaxing and through that energising yin yoga. Also possible are meditation and deep relaxation, either on their own or integrated into a yoga class. For groups we especially recommend yin yoga, which is suitable for all ages, body types and genders.
